Earls was established in 1982. We’ve been around a while.
We’ve changed with the times, added new concepts, and had a lot of fun along the way.

Earls.67 is, well, Earls 67th restaurant. It’s everything you know and love, but nothing you expect. We’ve taken a step back and reinvented ourselves once again. We’re taking a chance and prototyping new ideas.

The Canteen, Bankers Bar, a beer patio, a new menu (with some old favourites) and damn good coffee – no matter what you feel like – you’re welcome anytime.

THE MENU

We hope you eat here every day of the week! …. and don’t tire of us easily. Lunch, Dinner or Late Night. It’s diverse, interesting and full of flavour. Whether you’re here mid week for a quick business lunch, or on Friday night for drinks and dinner with friends. The dishes on the menu are shareable – or not. With healthy choices – or not.
Really, you can decide.

 

DRINKS

Serious cocktails, beer (craft & local!), wine and delicious house made sodas. Top quality coffee proudly served by Phil & Sebastian. Or maybe you just feel like a rum and coke? That’s here too.

We’ve been responsible – we’re committed to conscious sourcing. Because, we should all be doing things this way.

PROTOTYPE

The way we live, eat, and socialize is changing, and restaurant culture is at the centre of this shift. Two years ago we took a leap and untethered ourselves from expectations and our tried and true process. We have reflected, we have researched, we have imagined and re-imagined. We have examined the culture of dining out globally and we set ourselves a goal: develop an innovative premium-casual restaurant concept for the future. One that is thoughtful, innovative, and a place we all want to visit. Gulp. Now we’re on that journey.

 

IS THIS THE FUTURE OF EARLS?

We think so. As a prototype concept, we’re exploring new ideas at this location. After 2 years of development we’ve learnt a lot along the way – and will continue to learn when we’re open. Whatever works, for you and us, will find its place in our restaurants, in some way in the years to come. And, maybe sooner than you think.

 

WHY CALGARY? WHY BANKER’S HALL?

The world is changing – cities are here to stay – more and more people are living downtown in urban centres. We’re all eating out more, using restaurants as a home away from home, and as places to celebrate. This makes Banker’s Hall a perfect location – central, urban and in Alberta, where it all began. Seems fitting, right?
